陸遊《枕上聞風鈴》“Hearing wind chimes from the pillow” by Lu You (1125-1210)

毒暑今年倍故常，

蟁聲四合欲舁牀。

老人不辦搖團扇，

靜聽風鈴意已涼。

This year the heat scorches with twice its wonted force,

With mosquitoes humming from every side, as though to lift the bed.

The old man does not care to stir his round fan;

In silence, he listens to the wind chimes and finds his mind growing cool.
